F45 has been an amazing experience. Every time you walk in the door you know you’re gonna have a great workout. The coaches are absolutely amazing and encouraging. F45 has changed my life and has made working out so much fun! I love it
Obsessed with F45! I love the variety class times they have throughout day. The Coaches will correct you if you’re doing a workout incorrect and will help modify if you need it. They push and motivate you in the workouts. Great energy and great workout in just 45 minutes.
Trainers are interactive and extremely positive. They are very helpful in making sure your form is optimal and ensure you are being challenged. Best workout in 45 mins I've ever had.
Been going for a few months. Coaches are very helpful and EXTREMELY encouraging- I need to be pushed at times, and they do just that! The people who go are pretty friendly, and helpful as well. Classes are tuff, but feel accomplished when done. If you want a good, hard workout.. this is the place.. they don't play when it comes to pushing the limits.. hurry up and sign up.. maybe Marky Mark will show up one day ???? lol
