Shannon is amazing at what she does. I love this salon. This was my first time and I am picky and not usually this happy when I leave a salon and Igor exactly what I wanted. I love they have vegan products, mostly natural products same as coloring, also sustainability, and that some of the products are also cruelty free which I like as well. I always research and I am grateful for all of this and the information I got on their products and salon. It’s very clean and during a pandemic I felt safe and glad I found this place. I will be back. Absolutely love my hair haircut I haven’t really ever gotten what I exactly wanted from a hair salon until today. Thank you Shannon.
I absolutely love Navii. I have been going to Shannon for a year now and my hair is the healthiest it's ever been because of her. Everyone there knows their stuff, so no matter who you go to you will have a great experience! Love love LOVE Navii!
I had never been here and went based on google reviews. I wanted my hair an ashy/ silver which I know can not always be achieved. The toner had to be done twice due to the color not taking the first time. After the second toner, it left my roots purple and the rest of my hair a puce/grey. Then the cut I wanted wasn’t even what I got. My hair is so much shorter than I wanted (which I had to fix myself). I didn’t want them to do anymore and left. The amount they charged was ridiculous. It cost me $200 for something I’m trying to fix myself. I would not recommend this salon.
