Spiro Tech#3104 technician required me to post a good review because they gave me "a good deal" while standing over my shoulder in my kitchen. Fixing that now. Was told that unclogging a kitchen sink was going to be over $500 dollars for snaking. Tech called his manager getting him down to $299, which is still robbery, as long as I write a good review, which I did while basically being held hostage in my own home.
We used Roto Rooter when having issues with a toilet and Ivan helped us out TREMENDOUSLY! He was extremely professional and helpful. We really appreciate all his hard work.
I had a flooding issue last week in my basement that might have been backed up sewage. I called them and set an appointment, got off work early to meet the appointment and no one called. Then when I called them they claimed they called me and I never got a single message or response to them coming. The phone person even tried to lie to me about when they called, but they never left a voice message. I was sitting by my phone the entire time and would have gotten something if they had tried to call. Then I rescheduled the very next day to have someone come out. The bottom line they totally dropped the ball and I had to call another company. I will never do work with them again and they really do not have good customer service. It was kind of an emergency and I moved things around to be at home as both my wife and I work during the day. I will never use them again with the way the call center treated me.
