Mike came and took information and made plans. He kept me informed. Then two other employees came and installed my new air conditioner/heating unit. They were professional and neat and I'm very pleased with the new system. Everyone was also polite and pleasant. Great company. Star Heating And Cooling has been consistent with our annual furnace maintenance and AC tune-ups. The tech did our spring AC checkup and during testing determined the compressor motor capacitor was out of spec and just starting to fail. We like preventive maintenance and not equipment failure so had him replace it. Would recommend checking them out!

We decided to call this place because of its excellent reviews on Google. Google was absolutely right! The technician was prompt and very professional. Our AC was on for a while without working so we had to wait a few hours before turning it on because it got overheated. He didn't accept full payment until we were sure it was working after he left. He also called to check on us a few hours later. Problem fixed and we are pleased. Thanks for the amazing service!!
