I have been dealing with pressure tank issues and told twice by others that I needed a new tank so I bought one and couldn't break pvc connector loose to install it so I called Elvin and he stopped out and after checking the tank he said it's most likely not the tank and most likely the pressure switch. He didn't try to sell me anything or (even though I had it right there to install) didn't try to get me to install that tank. He even told me how relativity easy it was to install the pressure switch. After I replaced the switch and correctly adjusted the pressure in the tank some rust had came loose in the lines and the water turned orange/cloudy as well as slowed down the pressure to a trickle in my kitchen and bathroom sink. So I called him again and explained everything in which he said (over the phone) it's probably the rust that clogged up the sink aerators..sure enough that was the case. He is very honest and the type of plumber you want to call for any of your plumbing needs.
I had a leak in my crawl space and they came right out and gave me a free estimate . I agreed with the estimate and he proceeded to do the work. It ended up being a bigger job then expected but when he was finished he still only charged what he quoted. Very nice man. I would call them again anytime.Very professional thank you again highly recommend very reasonable prices
I was a vendor for about a whole week. First, because I like helping people, I spent an hour of my time giving the owner a free consultation to help him get more business which he acted on right away. Then we provided a lead service that was agreed upon and after billing them, the owner claims they never received the leads I personally delivered to him. So he took us for at least $40. He must really need the money. Don't spend it all in one place!
A HUGE Thank You to Mr. Black......Our sewer line broke over the weekend and Black's Plumbing came out asap to evaluated the S*** Show we had going on in our basement.. They cleared their schedule and began work that very next morning (I was a very grateful mom) They were nothing but professional, timely and extremely efficient! They were very informative and great about keeping us in the loop throughout everything (as should be expected...a simple sewer repair was far from the case. Major digging and switching of old rusted pipes in the yard had to be done) as the S*** Storm continued to get larger, Mr. Black was just as responsive!!! I was sure I wasn't going to be able to flush a toilet again for WEEKS but they got us up and running in no time at all ***Very reasonable prices*** I REPEAT *** Very reasonable prices*** I was completely prepared to see a bill so large I'd have to take a second loan out just to cover it but Mr. Black was very generous. A+ overall in my book
