Great Service I had James and Michael come out for our annual Ac maintenance and the air duct cleaning. The guys did a very good job and showed us all the dirt and dust that came out the vents. I would highly recommend there services to anyone
I have had several appointments with this company for preventative maintenance and the contractor never showed up for any of the appointments, including the one that was scheduled for today at 4:30pm. If I loose my warranty because the contractor refuses to show up and do their job, or continues to reschedule, I am going to pursue legal action against this company. I think this is utterly ridiculous that i have to constantly go through this. I am going to post this poor customer service on every social media website for as long as I need to. People should not be treated this way and the contractor(s) responsible should lose their jobs.
After waiting weeks for my appointment and taking off of work specifically for their service, they cancelled after I waited over an hour past their schedule appointment time. Said they were running 15-20 minute late which is understandable but then half an hour later all of sudden they had other clients that were more important to take care of despite me having an appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
We had our ducts cleaned over the weekend and hired Pure Air Specialists Inc. They were very reasonable on the price compared to others. The crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. The machine and equipment that they used for duct cleaning was very powerful when they showed us the procedure. I will definitely rehire this Company
