Gina is by far the worst individual I have ever dealt with when it comes to realtors. She for one goes behind the backs of the buyer to contact their lender before an accepted offer is completed. Never have I heard of this prior to an offer even being accepted. She goes behind the backs of the other parties involved and does whatever she wants without the permission of them. The lack of communication to our realtor is ridiculous. I truly believe she lacks in integrity and has no moral compass. NO ONE SHOULD USE HER!!!! She gives the impression that she is only out for herself, its all about the money, and never about the seller or the buyer.
Gina is a consummate professional. Working with her to help our clients buy and sell was a pleasure! She was responsive and thorough from offer to close.
Gina is the absolute worst realtor I have ever dealt with. She doesn’t even deserve one star. She is very unprofessional called me up and told me to get out of the house I was living in that she was selling and swore ridiculously at me over the phone like I have never been talked to before by someone who thinks she is a professional! She is a sneaky agent and I would never recommend her or Coldwell Banker to anyone. Her supervisor would not even do anything about her behavior which I had to end up blocking this women from my phone. Save yourself she comes off as nice but gets very desperate when a house isn’t selling and turns evil. She never even once came to the property that was being sold to look at it only saw pictures and went off of everything from that. Again would not even hire her if she was free. I could have done a better job selling the home “by owner”.
